I second the motion. 
Just an update, I’ll be starting on my 3rd tray tomorrow. Adjusting to the discomfort on my first week was horrible, but I got through it. 
If the pain can’t be tolerated, take over-the-counter medications. But it’s better to not get used to drinking meds. You can develop drug tolerance when you keep on taking them even if you don’t need it.
Good job! You got through the hardest part. The next trays will be easier.
Just think that the pain with aligners is far more tolerable than pain with braces
